- Compensation and Benefits Team Leader
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
- Create and analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications
- Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
Requirements
- Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for (4) years
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
- Good understanding of full cycle hiring process
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
- Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
- HSE Specialist
- BSc of engineering or diploma with 2 years of experience ( Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum)
- Max 2 years of experience in safety or tasks related
- Certified IOSH MS or NEBOSH
- Ambition to make safety as a culture for staff, attention to details and conduct safety trainings
- Making risk assessment, emergency response plan and evacuation plan
- First Aid training
- Firefighting knowledge would be an advantage
